About the role
Design the interfaces that make complex financial workflows feel simple, trustworthy and fast for institutional users.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design for issuer and investor surfaces.
- Turn dense, data-heavy workflows into clear, confident interfaces.
- Build and maintain our design system alongside engineering.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years designing complex B2B or fintech products.
- A strong portfolio of shipped, data-dense product work.
- Fluency with Figma and modern design-to-code workflows.
Nice to have
- Interest in crypto / fintech.
- Some comfort in code (HTML/CSS).
How we hire
A short intro call, a paid take-home or pairing session, and a final conversation with the team. We move quickly and give feedback at every stage. All roles are remote; we ask for a few hours of daily overlap with EU/US time zones.
